SkyH2O deploys industrial atmospheric water generation (MAXIMUS 4360™ Gen 3) across a $3B+ project pipeline in structurally water-scarce regions, targeting ~22.5% IRR under long-term offtake structures.

SkyH2O develops atmospheric water infrastructure in regions where scarcity is structural, not cyclical — turning the problem of fresh-water access into a long-duration, infrastructure-grade asset class. The MAXIMUS 4360™ Gen 3 system extracts potable water from ambient air using industrial-scale refrigeration with variable capacity control. Projects are deployed under long-term offtake structures with municipal, commercial, institutional and faith-based partners. Capital is deployed against pre-validated demand — not technology risk.
